What is your rates?
Our consulting services starts at $120 per hour, billed in 30 minutes increments with 1 hour minimum purchase for new customers. Your rates can vary depending on project needs. Appointment may be required to discuss larger projects.
What is your remote IT support rates?
Our IT remote support rate is $60 per hour billed in 15 minutes increments. Remote support hours can be pre-purchased in advance with discounted rates. Unused hours expire in 1 year from the date of purchase.
What is your accepted form of payments?
We accept cash, online Invoice payment via Stripe© or ACH payment. We only accept check payment from established customers.
What is your business hours?
Our usual service house are Monday through Friday 11am to 6PM Eastern US Time.
Do you offer warranty for your tools and services?
Due to the nature of your business and work we perform, there is no warranty on our hourly work.
Each of our hour is billable regardless of the outcome of that work. If we offer hardware, it usually comes with manufacturer warranty.
Can I have a discount?
You can pre-purchase our IT Support hours for discounted price. Sometime we have hardware and computers/computer equipment for sale.
